Privacy

We keep this simple.

• What you type into a free tool is sent to an AI model (run on Cloudflare Workers AI) to write your result, then discarded. We don't store it, sell it, or use it to build profiles.
• The free tools need no account. Forklift Pro is different: we store your account (company name, email, a hashed password) and the inspection records your team submits, so you can view and export them. We don't sell this data, and you can ask us to delete it.
• We don't set tracking cookies. Forklift Pro uses one sign-in cookie for supervisors.
• Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard technical logs (like IP address and time of request) for security and abuse prevention.
• Don't enter passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records.
